Our Policy

We want you to love every Prisplatting gift. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return window on all unopened, unused items.

How to Return

Email us at hello@prisplatting.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges

Want a different product? Email us and we'll arrange an exchange at no extra cost for Swiss orders.

Non-Returnable Items

Personalised or custom items, opened beauty products, and items marked as final sale cannot be returned. Gift sets that have been opened cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Damaged or Wrong Item?

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@prisplatting.com with a photo. We'll make it right immediately.
