Where do you ship?

We ship across Switzerland and internationally. Swiss orders arrive within 2–3 business days. International shipping takes 5–10 business days.

Is shipping free?

Yes — free shipping on all Swiss orders over CHF 80. Orders under CHF 80 have a flat rate of CHF 6.90.

Can I include a personal message?

Absolutely. Every Prisplatting gift includes a handwritten card. Add your message at checkout.

Are the products sustainable?

We source thoughtfully. Our silk is OEKO-TEX certified, our packaging is FSC-certified, and we work with artisan makers who share our values.

What if I'm not happy with my order?

We offer a 14-day return window on unopened items. Please contact us at hello@prisplatting.com and we'll take care of you.

Do you offer corporate gifting?

Yes. We create bespoke gift sets for teams and clients. Reach out at hello@prisplatting.com for a custom quote.

How are the gifts packaged?

Every order is hand-packaged in our signature Prisplatting box, wrapped in tissue, and sealed with a wax stamp. No plastic, ever.
